How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Olderby Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What Counts as a Complaint
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Olderby Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Olderby Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@olderby.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
